Diagnosdatum och datum för ex remission sätts bland annat inom cancervården, särskilt för att följas via SVF o kvalitetsregister. Möjligheten att hämta dessa generellt anses svårt om det behöver göras per diagnos och per VG. Behöver sättas upp nationella regler för hur dessa ska dokumenteras och standardiserade arbetssätt för hur de bör sättas gäller även slutdatum för diagnos. Dessa datum skulle kunna bli viktiga i förhållande till att hålla en kortare lista med diagnoser.
